Provide residential and vacation property management services for homeowner-clients. Input accounting and owner/property transactions on a daily basis using Buildium property management software. Reconcile company accounts and preparing accounting records for company’s Certified Public Accountant (CPA). File state and county licenses as applicable. Collect and file state and county sales taxes as applicable. Answer owner and tenant telephone and email questions or concerns. Schedule access to properties for potential tenants. Process tenant applications including credit/criminal background checks, employment and previous landlord history. Draw up leases for signatories and execution. Prepare and schedule vacant properties for tenancy including managing maintenance repairs. Process eviction notices and forward applicable ledgers and evidence to attorney. Carry out periodic property inspections and forward reports to owners. Administer advertising and marketing channels for rental properties using Zillow,, Airbnb, The Homeaway Network. Update the company Facebook feed and company website with relevant content. Update website analytics to promote Search Engine Optimization. Answer vacation and residential rental inquiries, manage reservations, schedule maintenance and after occupancy cleaning. Provide community association management services. Communicate housing association covenants to board members and owners. Orchestrate annual association meetings including setting agendas and chair public meetings. Execute the legal articles and covenants appropriately.

Requires: 4 years experience as a Property Manager for residential and vacation properties.

Compensation: $62,000.00 per annum

Days/Hours: Mon-Friday/9am-5pm


We currently have a position available for a new team member to join our maintenance department. We are interested in speaking with individuals who are respectful, trustworthy and can reliably carry out maintenance work to a very high standard.
The successful candidate will be entrusted with carrying out duties in occupied or vacant single family homes, vacation homes, and condos. Duties will include, but not exclusive too, property inspections, painting, stucco/drywall repairs, light plumbing repairs, light electrical, AC preventive maintenance, light fixtures, appliance installation, pool screen repairs, door repairs and irrigation.

• Bi-lingual is advantageous but not essential.

Successful candidate will use the company provided vehicle but is expected to provide basic tools.
Compensation: $13-$17 hour based on experience.
